Join award-winning writer and naturalist Dara McAnulty for a special event in nature to launch Dara’s new book, A Wild Child’s Guide to Nature at Night.
Dara rose to prominence at just 15, becoming the youngest-ever recipient of the RSPB Medal for Conservation. His debut, Diary of a Young Naturalist, won the Wainwright Prize for Nature Writing and was longlisted for the Baillie Gifford Prize, among many other accolades. He has since published two celebrated nature books for children: Wild Child and A Wild Child’s Book of Birds.
Named in King Charles III’s first New Year Honours List with a BEM for services to nature and the autistic community, Dara is a passionate campaigner, writer, and student of Natural Sciences at Cambridge.
