Jane Ohlmeyer was born in Zambia and grew up in Belfast before going to Scotland to study History, but it was at Trinity that she found her home. Over the past two decades Jane has served the Trinity community as teacher, scholar, supervisor, mentor, Head of Department, Head of School, founding

Vice President for Global Relations, and Director at the Trinity Long Room Hub Arts and Humanities Research Institute. She is the author or editor of numerous articles and 11 books.
