For the first time ever we are combining Bangor’s love of the water with poetry. Yes, that’s right, join Aspects in partnership with SUPHUB NI for this unique workshop and outdoor experience as we see Bangor from a different perspective.

Award winning poet Amy Louise Wyatt will facilitate this poetry session along with experienced paddle board instructors as we explore the coastline and take inspiration resulting in the creation of poems. Amy will give advice, inspiration and exercises to help move your poetry forward.

The session will leave from Bangor Marina at 2pm. We will go along the coastline. Depending on the weather we will do some work and discussion on the water before we paddle on to one of the local beaches. On land we will work through the next part of the session before we head back to shore and finish off outside at the Salty Dog to complete our session and have a well earned refreshment!

All equipment will be provided.

No experience necessary.
