‘The journalism of witness is a form of atonement. If by bearing witness to these things we’ve got to confront unpalatable truths one can then ... make a small start to look at the past.’ - Fergal Keane

Fergal Keane is a multi-award winning correspondent and author. His books have covered an impressive and diverse range of subjects: the Rwandan genocide; the Irish War of Independence and Civil War; South Africa and the history of Apartheid; the Siege of Kohima and the Second World War.
